CLAMPING UNIT
Strong double-grip vise for burrless straight cuts by clamping also the cut-off piece. For mitering cuts, the right arm can be taken off if necessary. Replaceable jaw plates.
Standard Vise (Version A) with hinged lever.
Optional Air Vise (Version B) for saw head controlled clamping.
Automatic stroke 8 mm (3/8"). Air regulator with filter-lubricator, air pilot valve. Necessary air supply: 6 bar (90 PSI).
MITERING SAW HEAD
The saw head turns to the left according to the engraved scale 0° - 45°. Adjustable clamp lever, adjustment screws for the positions 0° and 45°.
COOLANT SYSTEM
Reliable diaphragm pump, fluid regulator and handy pull-out coolant tank for perfect operation and easy cleaning.
SAFETY SAWBLADE GUARD
Swing guided double guard of cast aluminum, swings forward without jamming vise or workpiece and closes in rest position for best operator's safety. Quick opening without tools to change the sawblade, the guard system remains on the machine.
SAWBLADE H.S.S.
Steam-treated, two pin-holes Ø 8 mm on cycle Ø 55 mm. Size: 250 x 2.0 x 40 mm, with 120 or 160 or 200 teeth.
