Main Switch
The front mounted main switch is supplied with Emergency Off push button and thermal motor overload protection.
Drive Unit
The robust worm and wheel drive runs in an oil bath. The hardened and ground worm is mounted in bearings at both ends. The main spindle is of heavy construction, and the wheel is made of special bronze material, guaranteeing long life.
Clamping Unit
The manual or pneumatic double-grip vice holds the material on both sides of the sawblade, to ensure a burr-free cut.
Coolant System
A removable reservoir for coolant and a separate swarfdrawer is provided in the machine base. The diaphragm pump ensures good cooling.
Sawblades H.S.S.
250 x 2.0 x 40 mm, with 110, 160 or 200 teeth;
225 x 1.6 x 40 mm, with 220 teeth for flanges.
